Muchineripi Shamuyarira (known as Muchie) is the founding Director of Employment Rights Services and with over 20 years of extensive experience in Employment Law and Human Resources

Management, working at a senior level in highly complex organisations. His extensive experience involves representing both employees or employers across the UK, which means he understands the viewpoint from both sides of each case.

Muchie holds Masters Degrees in; Master in Laws – Employment (LLM),  and a Masters in Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management and is also Chartered Institute of Personnel Development UK(CIPD) qualified(Chartered Membership). He has in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of employee relations, employment law, HR policies, change management, employment tribunal, TUPE, mergers and acquisitions just mention but a few.

We have a commitment to our clients that means we must not just meet but surpass expectations.
